A) Water and energy management.
- Monitoring and control of consumption of water, temperature and energy per stay/room for reading via PC.
- Information and awareness-raising to the customer on the invoice for consumption of water and energy consumed volume.
- Volume. Invoicing per volume of water and energy consumption.
B) Consumption. Saving water and energy (hot water).
Setting the optimal streaming set by LEED for new construction, we can achieve a saving of 40% on taps and 60% on showers. Saving water also save energy 50% of consumed water is hot (*). From a PC connected to the internet can also control and establish the parameters of each team (minimum and maximum values of temperature and flow), managing to increase savings in the following cases:
- Cleaning of rooms. Card access to the rooms we can identify the cleaning staff that has entered the room and know, control or limit, depending on the desired parameters, the consumption of hot and cold water.
- Controls for faucets. It is common to find open taps or not perfectly closed. Our teams are settled electronically. We can also close the key step of water in a room, when there is nobody inside, through the access to the room's card.
- Regulation of flow. We can establish the optimal flow rate equipment (sink, shower) and room type (normal, suïte...). Pressure of the water issue, an excessive flow in lower floors, to achieve an optimal flow in high plants.
- Temperature regulation. To avoid possible burns to the user.
- Elimination and detection of leaks. To know the water that enters the building and which is consumed, we can detect leaks by energy balance.
- Taps intelligent preset scenes (**). You can preset scenes of use combining flow, temperature and time. Ex: brush our teeth 5 seconds cold water.
- Smart showers (**) which allow the water at the temperature selected by the customer from the first drop (in facilities with hot water recirculation).
C) Automatic cleaning against Legionella by thermal shock according to RD865/2003 (Spanish law).
- Prevention and clean-up against Legionella, saving time and resources according to current regulations (RD865/2003):
- Automatic creation of the periodical maintenance routines and prevention which forced the RD865 2003.
