These general conditions govern the use of all the services of the www.zeyron.com portal which the company ZEYRON SL (hereinafter ZEYRON) makes available to Internet users. By using the portal, users express their full acceptance, without reservations, of these conditions, wich may be modified by ZEYRON at any time. Users are also subject to any particular conditions, notices or instructions about which they are informed with regards to content or specific services which complete what is given in these General Conditions is as much as they do not contradict them.
II.- Exemption from responsibility for the functioning of the portal and services
ZEYRON does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the function of the portal, of this its services and of its contents. ZEYRON may not be held responsible for any damages of any nature that may be due to lack of availability or continuity of the portal or of any of its services or for any faults in accessing them.
III.- Exemption from responsibility regarding the graphic information available on the portal
All the graphic documentation included on this website is intended for guidance purposes.
IV.- Use of the portal and the services by users
Users agree to use the portal, its services and contents legally and in good faith, being the only person responsible for the use that they may make of them. The portal offers users technical devices, wether links, directories or search tools, wich allow access to web pages or websites which are managed by third parties. ZEYRON does not have any kind of ownership over them and does not commercialise or offer the contents and services that they contain, therefore it may not be hels responsible in any way, either directly or indirecty, for these web pages or websites.
VII.- Intellectual and Industrial Property
All the contents, as well as the names, logos, brand names and databases that are accessible on the web pages of the portal are subject to industrial and intellectual property rights belonging to ZEYRON or to third parties who own them. Under no circumstances will access to the web pages of the portal involve any kind of renouncement, transmission or transfer, whether in full or in part, of the above-mentioned rights, nor will it garant any kind of rights of use, alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of the contents or assets that are subject of the industrial property without the previous, express authorisation specifically granted for this person by ZEYRON or the third party who owns the rights, except for the rights to view and to make copies for the personal, exclusive use of the user, which must always be done in kkeping whith the principles of good faith and applicable legislation.
